Support Consultants – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Based near Maidenhead, you will be joining an award-winning company who specialise in delivering return on investment through CRM solutions. 

This role is perfect for an intelligent, super-organised, IT literate individual with excellent communication skills and the drive to deliver outstanding service to a wide range of companies.

Reporting to the Support Manager, you will join as a first line support consultant who handles telephone, email and remote dial in support requests from our varied clients. 

In this role you will support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM user base; handling all support calls and queries relating to the live operational use of the systems across our customer base.

You should be a client focused individual who can demonstrate:  

  • Outstanding IT skills
  • Excellent time management capabilities;
  • The ability to prioritise your workload;
  • First class written & verbal communication skills;
  • Great teamwork skills;
  • A strong, confident telephone manner;
  • A good IT related educational background
  • Self-reliance and an ability to work unsupervised.
