How We Develop Solutions
From interactions with our clients and the Preact community, we are always looking for ideas on how to increase functionality, automate tasks and simplify processes where we can. When we see requirements pop up repeatedly, it inspires us to develop repeatable, packaged solutions.
We then add these products to our Solutions Hub, ready for other organisations to try out and quickly deploy.
But it doesn't stop there! Using feedback from our clients and our own product experts, we'll release updated versions which provide further improvements and new functionality.

How much is Solutions 365?
A Solutions 365 subscription is priced at £8.25 per user / month.
What solutions does this include?
This subscription includes entitlement to deploy any packaged product released in Preact's Solutions Hub. Deploy as many, or as few, as required! These provide a range of capabilities including connectors for DocuSign and Xero Accounting, additional form controls including character counters, a multi-select lookup and record tagging. Further solutions for Dynamics 365 and Power Apps include prebuilt processes to handle subscription based sales, automatically split invoices and simplify expense claims.
What support is available?
Email support is included should you have any questions when deploying or using any of the products available in this subscription.
How else can we access these solutions?
Entitlement to deploy our full range of packaged solutions is also available through our managed service, Elevate 365.
How long is the subscription?
Solutions 365 is structured as an annual contract that will automatically renew. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, subject to a three-month notice period.
Can we still use these solutions if we cancel?
The licence to use any of the products in our Solutions Hub will be withdrawn upon expiry or cancellation of subscription for Solutions 365 or Elevate 365. Any solutions which have previously been deployed will no longer be operational or supported from this time.
