Frequently Asked Questions
Many of our clients schedule interactive training sessions by allocating hours that are included with Preact's Elevate 365 managed service for Dynamics. Training can also be ordered in a one-off session. For example, our rate for a full day course is £950+VAT. Elevate 365 managed service clients receive free access to our Dynamics eLearning Academy.
Tutor-led courses are available for any Dynamics 365 related topic based on knowledge level and job role. For new users, an Introduction session covers the essentials. This can be followed by role-specific tuition for sales or service users. Other options include admin training, Power BI and ClickDimensions courses, and bespoke tuition. A wide selection of training modules are also available in our eLearning Academy.
At the current time our Dynamics 365 training is being delivered online due to Covid-19. As more people return to offices, we will be pleased to resume delivering training at our clients premises, and from our office in Maidenhead. We also provide on-demand training through our eLearning Academy.
