Dynamics Sales User Training
Training course overview: Covering the main Dynamics sales functions to improve processes that will shorten sales cycles, reduce administration and improve the quality of sales forecasting.
Learning outcomes include: Understand the core Dynamics 365 record types used in sales management, how to progress leads / opportunities using guided process flows, how to qualify / disqualify leads, personalising sales list views, working with quote templates, creating sales charts and dashboards.
