Business Development Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM

Working with organisations in the UK, we offer expert help to implement, support and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM.

We are currently recruiting for a talented Business Development Professional who will be responsible for selling Microsoft Dynamics CRM software & professional services (including consultancy, implementation, training, integration, development and support) across a wide variety of sectors. 

Working as part of a team, you will be supported with experienced technical, marketing and internal sales resources in order that you fully exploit your potential.

The successful individual will be expected to:

Professionally represent Preact in meetings and interactions with qualified prospects and potential new clients

Work closely with the marketing, pre-sales and implementation teams to achieve a seamless approach to customer acquisition and delivering value to clients

Create and deliver presentations and product overview demonstrations that articulate the value of our solutions

Discuss, capture and document client requirements to demonstrate understanding and support implementation specifications

Conduct engaging telephone dialogues with prospects and follow up with compelling emails

Write persuasive sales proposals and commercial documents

Participate in all aspects of the sales process from qualification, to requirements scoping engagements, to contract negotiations and closing

Build, develop and maintain strategies to achieve sales targets and drive our organisational growth

Travel nationwide and demonstrate flexibility in their working patterns

Education and Required Experience:

  • Educated to degree level or with a strong academic record
  • Prior experience in business application sales or pre-sales, preferably in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) area
  • Proven and demonstrable evidence of a successful track record
