Our Hiring Process

We aim to have a simple hiring process, and we want to make sure that Preact is the right choice for you as much as the other way around. Our hiring process consists of the following steps:

  1. CV & application review
  2. Let’s chat – first interview
  3. Online assessments are completed
  4. Second interview
  5. Final meeting with HR Director or Managing Director
  6. If successful an offer is made
  7. Employee screening
  8. Welcome to the team!
