New Documentation for D365 Version 9
Microsoft has now launched Version 9 for Dynamics 365 which is available for new trials and registrations of D365.
Existing customers using the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps (Sales, Customer Service, Project Service and Field Service) will soon be able to update their organisation to v9.
In the meantime, Microsoft has published updates on its main documentation site sharing further detail and resources about this major release which was announced in July 2017.
This includes a deep dive into the new Customer Service Hub.
