Process bookings for one, or more, delegates on any scheduled course and use inbuilt functionality to initially set a provisional booking status until these are confirmed, or when payment is confirmed. Course Manager allows users to hold provisional bookings for a limited number of days to ensure accurate availability is shown for each course that will help everyone maximise booking capacities.

Streamline joining instructions

Once each booking is finalised, payment details and full delegate information can be tracked in Course Manager. Administrators are able to email joining instructions directly from Course Manager, without the need to jump into Outlook or another email app.

From the guided prompt, select the appropriate email template and a document attachment, if appropriate.

In just a few quick steps, a personalised message will be sent to each delegate on the booking with all the information needed in readiness for their training.

Session builder

Course administrators can define individual sessions that will run throughout each training event. Using the session builder, dates and times can be added to define the timeline and running order. Within each session, options include automatic delegate enrolment, associate venues and rooms and default trainers.

Each trainer is tracked as a resource in Course Manager detailing their skills, qualifications and competencies, together with details of the rates for external trainers. For individual sessions, prospective resources can be shortlisted enabling course administrators to send invitations in a single step using email templates that are automatically personalised with detail about this session.
