How Preact Is Using Feedback to Raise Money for Charity, One Survey at a Time
We are delighted to announce a new initiative as we work to enhance our service and look to make a positive contribution to improve our world.
Here at Preact, client feedback means a lot to us, and we recognise that time is money. Acknowledging this, Preact will make a charitable donation for each survey response.
We send feedback invitations when we resolve helpdesk cases, complete projects and following other engagements. As well as helping us understand how we can better serve our clients, each survey response contributes to our monthly charitable donation. The more completed surveys we receive each month, the more we will donate.
We want to use this program to support initiatives and charitable organisations close to our clients' hearts, so each survey form can be used to nominate a charity for future donations.
Based on feedback from our clients, in May, we selected Diabetes UK as our nominated charity. In June 2022, we are again supporting the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal coordinated by the Disasters Emergency Committee, which provides aid to families fleeing the conflict.
We couldn't be happier to support causes that matter to our clients and impact many people's lives. Since launching this initiative in October 2021, we have donated over £1000 to charities, and we continue to encourage clients to share feedback at every opportunity.
