How Preact Is Using Feedback to Raise Money for Charity, One Survey at a Time

We are delighted to announce a new initiative as we work to enhance our service and look to make a positive contribution to improve our world.

Here at Preact, client feedback means a lot to us, and we recognise that time is money. As an acknowledgement of this, for each person who completes one of our quick surveys, Preact will make a charitable donation.

We send feedback invitations when we resolve helpdesk cases, complete projects and following many other engagements. As well as helping us understand how we can better serve our clients, each survey response will contribute to our monthly charitable donation. The more completed surveys we receive each month, the more we will donate. In previous months we have donated to the mental health charity Mind, and Oxford Hospitals Charity who work incredibly hard to help local hospitals transform care in the Oxfordshire.

This month our chosen charity is Macmillan Cancer Support. As part of our feedback surveys, we ask clients to nominate a charity close to their hearts, and we had an overwhelming number request Macmillan. We are so proud to support such a worthwhile course, and provide our clients a chance to give to a cause they feel deeply for.

We want to use this program to support initiatives which are close to our clients’ hearts, so each survey form can be used to nominate a charity for future donations.

Within 12 months, we are aiming to raise thousands of pounds for charitable and non-profit organisations, and so we will be encouraging clients to share feedback at every opportunity!
