Common Data Service for Apps Analytics
We've previously highlighted how the Organisation Insights dashboard provides administrators with analytics about their Dynamics 365 cloud instance and its usage.
This feature has now been deprecated and replaced by Common Data Service for Apps analytics.
As a result, there is no longer any need to install or update a solution. Instead, admins can view Customer Data Service for Apps analytics from within the Power platform Admin centre.
Use these analytics to gain insights across:
- Dynamics 365 adoptions and use: identify the most active users, the volume and types of operations they are performing, most-used entities, workflows and plug-ins over a period of time as you work toward your adoption goals.
- Storage and performance: monitor storage quotas and use to review and optimise performance.
- Failing workflows and API errors: quickly diagnose and troubleshoot errors.
To log-in, visit the Power platform Admin center, select analytics then Common Data Service for Apps.
