ACT! Premium is supplied with SQL Server Express 32-bit but can be used with the below database servers. For operating system compatibility please refer to the official ACT! site:

Separate Web and Database servers are recommended for more than 25 users. Concurrent User Limits: Windows XP Home 5 users, Windows XP Professional 10 users, Windows Vista 10 users.
