ACT! Fusion from Preact provides users with extended resources to develop their database, improve user skills and gain greater value from ACT!

This includes 10 hours of our ACT! consultancy services every month that can be used to schedule to deal with any ACT! related requirement.

ACT! Fusion goes beyond regular ACT phone support giving you access to extra consultancy and technical resources that aren't covered by a standard phone support agreement and will make an immediate difference to your database productivity.

By booking as many as 10 hours of remote ACT! consultancy you'll be able to schedule time when you need it over several months, or allocate it all to one immediate requirement.

This service goes beyond regular ACT phone support. You'll have access extra consultancy and technical resources not covered by a support agreement that'll make an immediate difference to your database productivity.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if all 10 hours aren't used each month?
With the range of training, technical & consultancy help that you can access through ACT! Fusion there are almost limitless ways that we can improve you achieve positive results with ACT!.

Fusion is highly flexible so if you don't use all your allocated consultancy time you can rollover any remaining time to the next month.

Does it matter how many CRM consultancy sessions are scheduled each month?
There's no restriction on the frequency and volume of ACT! Fusion consultancy requests made each month, subject to a maximum of 10 hours per month. For example, you could utilise time in a series of 1 hour sessions or carry out five separate 2 hour consultancies covering technical, training and CRM advice. Time can be allocated for any ACT! related requirements.

How is ACT! consultancy time scheduled?
Technical work, interactive training, change requests and other ACT! consultancy can be scheduled simply by calling our technicians who will typically be able to deliver this within 1-2 business days. Before undertaking the work we'll provide an estimate of the length of time this will take up enabling you to prioritise requirements and make best use of your allocated time.

Is there a minimum term?
There is no long term commitment. You can just order 1 month of ACT! Fusion for £495+VAT and schedule 10 hours of ACT! consultancy time. If you don't want to continue the agreement beyond this time and you have some remaining hours from your allocation you'll still be able to allocate this time for the next 3 months.

What happens if I need more than 10 hours of ACT! help each month?
With ACT! Fusion unused time can be rolled over. If you need less time one month but more hours next month CRM Fusion offers the flexibility to spread accrued hours without losing unutilised time. If you need to schedule further ACT! consultancy on top of your accrued hours additional time can be ordered at additional cost.

¹ Subscription options include up to a maximum of 10 hours ACT! consultancy per month. All consultancy work is undertaken by phone &/or remotely through web based dial-in access. On-site ACT! CRM work can be delivered though travelling time will be deduced from the total monthly allocated capacity. All consultancy time must be scheduled in advance. Customer sign-off is required following completion of all consultancy and training work to confirm the time utilised.
