During every Sage CRM project we work closely with clients to develop a shared project plan, thereby allowing both parties to clarify and confirm the objectives of the implementation. Even before the scoping stage our consultants provide pre-sales advice to check Sage CRM is the best solution for each individual requirement. In many cases we will also undertake a 'proof of concept' consultancy at low or zero cost to confirm the critical elements of the CRM project can be achieved by Sage CRM.
After project scoping we will provide the client’s management team with a clear understanding of the effort and resource needed to deliver a successful Sage CRM solution.
Includes as part of this scoping phase we will also identify and confirm:

The names of all the CRM stakeholders.

Database design requirements including field and screen layout detail.

Which systems are to be integrated with CRM.

Reporting and template requirements.

Automated workflow processes.

Upon scoping completion we will produce a Requirement & Design Report and upon client approval we will create a definitive Statement of Work to form the blueprint of the entire CRM project. The Statement of Work will crystallize and define each aspect of the project and includes:
