Searching for contacts - universal contact searches can be run from most displays to find any data stored in GoldMine, even in linked documents. Searches involving multiple criteria and ranges can be easily created in the contact search centre. To save time when you run repeat searches, filters can be applied which instantly bring up a list of matching contacts.

Customise the database layout for each type of contact - GoldMine enables different layouts to be created for each type of contact. For example separate layouts can be created to distinguish between prospects and customers.

Clearly assess the relationship between contacts - Individual contacts can be linked with others to reflect relationships between them including reseller agreements, marriage, suppliers and many more.
