Sage CRM

Finance, Accounting and Back-Office Integration
One of the qualities that sets Sage CRM apart is Sage's commitment to deliver integrated front-office and back-office solutions.
Links have been developed between Sage CRM leading products including Sage 200 Financials and Sage 50 to eliminate the double entry of customer details and provide key financial information to CRM users.
With Sage CRM integrated with your financial application front and back offices are connected enabling customer-facing staff to check on credit statuses, convert quotes into orders and access complete transactions through a single CRM interface.
It's this tight integration between Sage CRM and Sage financial solutions that enables everyone within an organisation — from sales and marketing to accounting and finance to support and shipping — to work together more efficiently.
Through customer centric integration between sales and finance teams orders are processed quicker and more accurately, payment is received faster and customers receive higher levels of customer service.

SIM 50 - Sage 50 Accounts & Sage CRM Integration Module
| SIM50 (Sage Integration Module 50) is a real time integration module that links Sage CRM with Sage 50 accounts. Purchasing a SIM licence will allow you to use two different processes to push content through to Sage 50. |
 |
-
SIM Tab - A real-time link displays the data directly from Sage 50 including: customer details, credit limits, available balance, payment terms, accounts status, previously posted invoices, details of the payments made and stock levels from the Sage 50 stock list.
-
Quick Quote - The real-time link allows users to generate an order, quote or invoice from the Sage 50 stock list and push it straight into Sage 50. All discount structures applied in line 50 are used so multi purchase discounts will automatically be applied to individual customers.
-
Processing screen - Orders/Quotes can also be created in the CRM opportunity area. Within the SIM tab users can choose to send these orders for processing in Sage 50. This is especially useful if multiple quotes / orders have to be sent to a customer before a purchase is confirmed.
-
Real time Sage 50 link to Sage CRM - Customer composite screen showing real time product, credit, invoicing, stock levels, pricing and quote information.
-
Additional products - Additional products can be 'Written in' by quick quote or the opportunity route for great flexibility, so there is no need to allow for every product contingency in Sage 50 which is ideal for companies who supply additional ad-hoc services to customers or companies.
-
Purchase orders - Supplier PO's can be generated in the CRM and again pushed straight into Sage 50 using the quick quote screen, supplier price lists will be displayed in real-time and are linked directly to the pricing structures from Sage 50.
Users can maintain the same accounting system and interact with the CRM to save considerable time and effort in re-keying of orders from the sales department to be more accurate and not having to change accounting processes and require staff training on a new system.
