follow tuition at any time.
What happens
if I don't use all 10 hours each months
With the range
of ACT! training, technical & consultancy help
that you can access through ACT! Fusion there
are plenty of ways that we can improve your ACT!
skills and develop your database. ACT! Fusion is
highly flexible so if you don't use all your
allocated consultancy time you can rollover any
remaining time to the next month.
Does it
matter how many or how few ACT! consultancy
sessions are scheduled each month?
There's no
restriction on the frequency and volume of ACT!
Fusion consultancy requests made each month,
subject to a maximum of 10 hours per month. For
example, you could utilise time in a series of 1
hour sessions or carry out five separate 2 hour
consultancies that covering technical, training
and CRM advice. Time can be allocated for any
ACT! related requirements.
How is ACT!
consultancy scheduled?
To schedule
ACT! technical work, training, change requests
and other ACT! consultancy just call our
technicians who will typically be able to
deliver this within 1-2 business days. Before
undertaking the work we'll provide an estimate
of the length of time this will take up enabling
you to prioritise requirements and make best use
of your allocated ACT! consultancy time.
Is there a
minimum term?
A minimum ACT!
Fusion term of 3 months applies.
