Project scoping - before installing a new ACT!, GoldMine or Sage CRM system one of our qualified consultants will attend your site to fully scope out each aspect of the project. This will involve meeting your project sponsor and key personnel to ensure all parties are clear on the work to be carried out and confirm your database design requirements, which systems are to be integrated with CRM, finalise the reports you require and define user access rights. Upon completion we'll submit a report for your approval which forms the blueprint for the implementation and crystallize the entire project.
