You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, licence to use the Website and to receive, by stream, tracks and video clips made available through The Preact Website. You agree that you may not download, reproduce, modify, display, perform, transfer, distribute or otherwise use Preact Ltd Materials, except as provided under these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent the unauthorised use of Preact Ltd Materials.
No material from The Preact website may be modified, copied, reproduced, re-published, uploaded, posted, broadcasted, publicly performed, transmitted, re-transmitted or distributed in any way. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the copyright and other intellectual property rights of Preact Ltd or in the case of material licensed to Preact Ltd the owner of such materials. You agree not to delete, change or modify in any way the copyright notices or trade marks contained on the Website.
If you have subscribed to view premium video materials that are accessible from the Website including training videos it is prohibited to play or launch these materials from more than two computers per unique log-on account to the Website.
For the avoidance of doubt you will not obtain any ownership interest in Preact Ltd Materials or any other materials contained on the Website, whether through these Terms and Conditions or otherwise.
You agree not to place any libellous, defamatory, illegal or offensive material on the Website.
3. Control
Preact Limited uses reasonable endeavours to monitor the Website but cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any statement, opinion, or advice made on the Website or for any libellous, defamatory, illegal or offensive conduct by any customer. You agree to Preact Ltd of any such conduct which comes to your notice. You agree that Preact Limited including any appointed personnel may at any time without notice:
We do our best to ensure that information on the site is correct but in no circumstance do we accept any liability whatsoever for error or omission.
4. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Preact Limited (including its successors, subsidiaries, agents, affiliates, partners and licensors) against all claims, damages, costs or other expenses which arise directly or indirectly out of or from your unauthorised use of the Website, Preact Limited Materials and any other materials contained on the Website.
5. Termination
Your right to use the Website will be suspended or terminated immediately without notice by Preact Limited if in its sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions. On termination you must destroy all materials and associated documentation obtained from the Website and all copies of such materials.
6. Miscellaneous
There will be occasions when the Website will be interrupted whether for maintenance, upgrades and emergency repairs or otherwise and you agree that Preact Limited shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Website. These Terms and Conditions (as revised from time to time) and associated information contained on the Website contain the full and complete understanding between the parties and supersede all prior arrangements and understandings whether written or oral appertaining to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions. Preact Limited reserves the right to amend and/or vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its entire discretion.
These Terms and Conditions and all representations, obligations, undertakings and warranties contained in it shall ensure for the benefit of any successor and assignees of Preact Limited.
7. Accessing Preact training videos
Our online CRM training videos are available on a subscription basis. Individuals and organisations can purchase an annual subscription to access our catalogue of training videos that are specific to the CRM product they are using.
Access is also available to customers that purchase PreactCover Premium Support. This service includes annual phone support as well as access to our online CRM training videos specific to their CRM product.
Our CRM training videos are accessible from the Preact Resource Centre at www.preact.co.uk/resources, access is controlled by secure user-name and password log-in. Training videos can only be viewed by subscribers and PreactCover Premium Support customers.
Authorised Preact Portal users will be able to access training video resources from a maximum of TWO unique computers on a non-concurrent basis. Authorised Preact Portal users shall be granted permission to launch each unique training video resource that is specific to their product a maximum of 20 times.
8. Payment terms
Annual subscription to access CRM training videos on the Website is fully payable in advance. All orders are non-refundable.
Preact Limited accept no liability for ensuring that your computer(s) and web brower(s) are compatible with the Website in order to play training video content. We strongly recommend that Website users attempt to play one or more of the free CRM training videos BEFORE purchasing an annual subscription to ensure that these resources are accessible on your computer.
9. Use of Your Personal Data
At Preact Limited, we take your privacy very seriously we respect your privacy. This privacy policy governs the use of the information gathered within this web site and collected from visitors to the Website. Our aim is to deliver quality CRM software information to willing recipients in relevant organisations.
In some areas of our website you may be asked to provide information about yourself, your company and your IT requirements. If you register your details on our website, we will use the information to help with your requirement and keep you informed of developments which may interest you.
